  3. Take 1 pinch each of dried tarragon and dill
  4. Take 1 pinch black , fresh cracked pepper
  5. Get 1/2 tsp good balsamic vinegar
  6. Get 1 good handful of salad leaves of choice
  7. Provide 4 slice of a dark rye, rustic or artesian bread

  1. Drain the can of salmon of all its liquid and tip the fish into a bowl. Remove the bone and , flake the fish
