  7. Get 1 tsp paprika
  8. Use 1 tsp black pepper
  9. You need 3 seasoning cubes

Steps to make Sweet potato fritters:
  1. Cook the Sweet potato's to tender(do not over cook)
  2. Drain and mash the potatoes,add seasonings cube,paprika,curry,dry herb,Scotch bonnet pepper(crushed)onions and bread crumbs
  3. Mix every thing together, make it into round shape and then flatten it to give you the shape as seen in the picture
  4. In a small bowl combine corn flour with some water,add black pepper and set aside
  5. Mix the bread crumbs with some salt and dry herbs and set aside
  6. Dip each fritters in the corn flour mixture and coat with bread crumbs
  7. Heat about 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides
  8. Serve with any dipping sauce of your choice
